摘要
本文报道了一种能够特异性识别半胱氨酸(Cys)的荧光探针。该探针是将N-羟乙基-4溴-1,8-萘酰亚胺与7-氯苯并恶二唑-4-磺酰氯(SBD-Cl)通过哌嗪相连制备而成的,制备方法简单,操作容易,稳定性较好;同时,探针对Cys的响应时间较短,表现为紫外光谱发生比率型变化,荧光光谱在570 nm发生显著增强并伴随红移。此外,其他氨基酸的存在对该检测体系均无干扰。因此,该探针可以用于快速、灵敏、选择性的检测溶液中的Cys。
It is of great physiological significance to develop a fluorescent probe capable of detecting cysteine(Cys)rapidly, sensitively and selectively. This paper reported a fluorescent probe which can specifically recognize Cys. The probe was prepared by linking N-hydroxyethyl-4-bromo-1, 8-naphthalimide and SBD-Cl through piperazine, with the advantages of simple preparation method, easy operation, good stability and short response time. The probe showed a specific response to Cys in aqueous solution, and without interference by a range of competing amino acid.
