基于实用性村庄规划的城乡公交一体化和乡村慢行交通系统构建

Integration of Urban and Rural Public Transport and Construction of Rural Slow Traffic System Based on Practical Village Planning

乡村交通基础设施普遍存在着城乡公共交通系统薄弱、村庄内部道路系统不完善、缺乏慢行交通系统以及停车困难等诸多问题。对实用性村庄规划的概念与内涵进行解析,分析主要的乡村交通出行需求和出行特征,总结现有乡村交通基础设施的不足。结合工程实践,从建立城乡一体化公共交通、优化乡村内部道路系统、构建乡村绿道和慢行交通系统等方面提出实用性策略和具体技术措施。

There are many problems in rural transportation infrastructure, such as weak public transportation system in urban and rural areas, imperfect road system in villages, lack of slow traffic system and parking difficulties. First of all, this paper analyzes the concept and connotation of practical village planning, the main rural traffic demand and travel characteristics, and summarizes the shortcomings of the existing rural transportation infrastructure. Finally, combined with the engineering practice, practical strategies and specific technical measures are put forward from the aspects of establishing urban-rural integrated public transport,optimizing rural internal road system, constructing rural greenway and slow traffic system, etc.
