新时代煤炭生态地质勘查产业链基本架构研究 被引量:3

摘要 进入新时代,生态文明建设作为中华民族永续发展的根本大计,对生态保护和国家能源保障提出了更高要求,重构煤炭地质勘查产业结构迫在眉睫。通过对煤炭地质勘查产业发展脉络的梳理,搭建了涵盖资源勘查、矿山建设、煤炭开采、矿山关闭等全生命周期的煤炭地质勘查产业链基本架构,包括煤系矿产资源勘查、矿山生产地质、地理信息与数字矿山、矿山修复与治理等四大板块。并对新的架构体系下不同阶段的煤炭地质勘查工作如何服务于矿山全生命周期、支撑煤炭资源绿色勘查和智能化开采对环境"近零损害"、保障国家能源安全和服务生态文明建设进行了研究和探讨。 Entering the new era,ecological civilization construction as the essential in Chinese nation sustainable development has raised advance requirements on ecological protection and national energy security.Thus reconfiguration of coal geological exploration industrial structure is extremely urgent.Through coal geological exploration industrial development network sorting has established coal geological exploration industrial chain fundamental architecture covering resource exploration,mine construction,coal production,mine closure etc full mining life cycle.It includes coal measures mineral resources exploration,mine production geological works,geographical information and digital mine,mine eco-environmental restoration and management four plates.Finally,the paper has carried out study and discussion on coal geological exploration works how to serve mine full life cycle,support coal resource green exploration and intellectualized mining“near zero damage”on environment,ensure national energy security and serve ecological civilization construction in different stages under new architectural system.
