摘要
针对牛场区块牛4井钻进中出现的反复漏失问题,采用现场测试、漏失及堵漏过程分析的方法,查明钻孔揭露垂直导水裂缝是反复漏失的主要原因。在对漏失机理分析和堵漏方案论证与优化的基础上,采用高浓度桥塞与胶质水泥浆复合堵漏技术,以常规材料、较低成本实现了漏失层暂堵,保证了钻井的顺利进行,对类似漏失的封堵有借鉴意义。
In allusion to the constant repetition of circulation loss in the Niuchang block well N4 drilling,through site test,loss and plugging process analyses have found that the drilling revealed vertical water conducted fissures are the main cause of repeated circulation loss.On the basis of circulation loss mechanism analysis and plugging scheme demonstration and optimization,through the bridge plug and highly concentrated colloid cement slurry composite plugging technology,by the use of conventional materials have realized temporary leakage zone plugging at lower cost and ensured drilling goes well.The study has reference significance in similar loss of circulation plugging.
