刃针治疗神经根型颈椎病的研究进展

神经根型颈椎病是目前临床常见疾病,传统经常采用针灸、牵引、理疗、针刀等保守治疗方法,但具有创伤大、治疗时间长、易于反复等弊端,目前采用刃针治疗神经根型颈椎病取得良好临床疗效,且刃针疗法具有操作简单,见效快、创伤小,患者易于接受等优势,值得临床推广。

Cervical spondylotic ridiculapathy(CSR)is characterized by cervical degenerative lesions,mainly due to a series of clinical symptoms caused by cervical osteogenesis,cervical spine joint or ligament looseness,misalignment of intervertebral foramen and compression of nerves Is the most common type of cervical spondylosis,accounting for about 60%[1].Because CSR is mostly mild to moderate,and surgical treatment is traumatic,and there are relatively many postoperative complications,the current treatment of CSR is mostly conservative treatment,and conservative treatment is mostly nutritional nerves,topical plasters,cervical traction and acupuncture The treatment is mainly,but it is prone to long treatment time,poor curative effect,easy to repeat and so on.[2]In recent years,the use of needle knief to treat CSR has achieved good clinical effects.The mechanism of action,operation method,and combination therapy were reviewed.
