摘要 脱硫系统试航旨在验证主机、发电机、锅炉等最大负荷运行时,烟气经脱硫系统处理后,烟气SO_X和洗涤水的PH值、PAH值及浑浊度满足规范排放要求;脱硫系统烟气处理能力达到设计参数,并满足IMO法规和船级社规范要求。通过研究,确定2 500 TEU集装箱船混合式脱硫系统试航方案中负载大小、试验项目及步骤、负载形式,确保方案的可实施性,验证脱硫有效性,降低试航成本,缩短试航的时间,并取得产品证书、IAPP等证书。另外通过试航测量接入脱硫系统的油耗与不接入的油耗的比较,验证该型号脱硫塔的使用对于船舶运行油耗几乎可以忽略。 The sea trial test for exhaust gas cleaning system(EGCS)is to verify that SOX in the exhaust gas and PH/PAH/Turbility of effluent after the treatment of exhaust gas should be compliance with the exhausting requirements of the rules when the main engine,auxiliary engines and boilers are operating under maximum load condition.It is also to verify that EGCS is fulfill with the design specification and satisfies the requirements of Class rules and IMO Codes.By the study,it is to determine the load size,test items and sequence,and load form in the sea trial plan of the 2500 TEU container ship hybrid EGCS to ensure the feasibility of the plan,to verify the effectiveness of EGCS,to reduce the cost of sea trials,to shorten the time of sea trials,and to obtain product certificates and IAPP etc.Additionally,the tests for specific fuel oil consumption(SFOC)measurement with and without the scrubber are compared,which verifies using the type of EGCS is almost negligible for the ship fuel consumption.
