摘要
该文针对智能生产调度中心机械结构和电气控制进行了研究,采用伺服机构调速方法和PLC控制技术,以及数据库编程软件,建立了一套完整的智能生产过程调度中心系统,并且利用监控系统的设计来有效保证智能调度中心的安全可靠运行。研究表明智能管理控制系统能够缩短作业时间、高速存取、提高查找精度、降低半成品损耗率,适应现代企业的柔性化发展;同时提高库存产品的更新换代率,适应科技高速发展。
Aiming at the mechanical structure and electrical control of the intelligent production scheduling center,Using servo mechanism speed control method and PLC control technology,and database programming software,establish a complete system of intelligent production process scheduling center,and use monitoring system to effectively ensure the safe and reliable operation of the intelligent dispatch center.The research shows that the intelligent management control system shortens the operation time,high-speed access,improves the search accuracy,reduces the loss rate of semi-finished products,and adapts to the flexible development of modern enterprises;at the same time,it increases the replacement rate of inventory products and adapts to the high-speed development of science and technology.
