摘要
目的探究输尿管镜钬激光碎石结石周围局部温度变化。方法选取2018年4月至2019年4月于本院就诊的82例输尿管结石患者,随机分为观察组与对照组,各41例。对照组行常规开放式输尿管切开取石术,观察组行输尿管镜下钬激光碎石术。在手术开始后每20分钟比较患者结石周围的局部温度变化。结果手术开始20 min后,两组结石周围局部温度均下降,对照组的下降幅度明显高于观察组,比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);在90 min时,观察组周围的局部温度为(37.12±0.32)℃,显著高于对照组的(35.26±0.48)℃。观察组术后结石温度为(37.02±0.33)℃,显著高于对照组的(35.46±0.48)℃,组间比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论输尿管镜钬激光碎石术用于治疗输尿管结石,患者周围的局部温度变化较小。
Objective To investigate the local temperature changes around the ureteroscope laser lithotripsy.Methods 82 patients with ureteral calculi admitted to our hospital from April 2018 to April 2019 were divided into the observation group and the control group,with 41 cases in each group.The control group underwent conventional open ureterolithotomy and the observation group underwent ureteroscopic holmium laser lithotripsy.Local temperature changes around the patient's stones were compared every 20 minutes between two groups after the start of surgery.Results After 20 minutes from the start of surgery,the local temperature trends around the two groups of stones decreased.The decline degree of the control group was significantly higher than that of the observation group.The difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).At 90 minutes,the local temperature around the observation group was(37.12±0.32)℃,which was significantly higher than the control group(35.26±0.48)℃.The calculus temperature of observation group(37.02±0.33)℃ was significantly higher than that of the control group(35.46±0.48)℃,the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Ureteroscopic holmium laser lithotripsy is used to treat ureteral calculi,and the local temperature changes around the patient are small.
