电子鼻咽喉镜检查的最佳体位探讨

目的探讨电子鼻咽喉镜检查的最佳体位。方法选取2017年5月至2018年12月本院收治的需接受电子鼻咽喉镜检查的患者98例,按照数字表法随机分为对照组与研究组,各49例。对照组应用去枕仰卧进行检查,研究组应用端坐体位进行检查。观察比较两组检查期间咽喉反射敏感情况、舒适度和咽喉暴露情况。结果研究组咽喉反射敏感发生率低于对照组(P<0.05);研究组检查时舒适率高于对照组(P<0.05);研究组咽喉暴露率高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论在针对需接受电子鼻咽喉镜检查的患者进行检查操作时,采用端坐体位进行检查,可以有效降低患者咽喉反射敏感发生率,提高患者咽喉暴露程度,增加患者检查期间的舒适度,值得临床进一步推广应用。

Objective To explore the best position for electronic nasopharyngoscopy.Methods A total of 98 patients who were admitted to our hospital from May 2017 to December 2018 and required electronic rhinolaryngology examination were selected.They were randomly divided into control group and study group according to the number table method.The control group was examined with pillow and supine,and the study group was examined with end sitting posture.Observe and compare the throat reflex sensitivity,comfort and throat exposure between the two groups.Results The incidence of laryngopharyngeal reflex sensitivity in the study group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).The comfort rate of the study group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).The throat exposure rate in the study group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The use of sitting position for examination in patients undergoing electronic nasopharyngoscopy can effectively reduce the incidence of laryngopharyngeal reflex sensitivity,improve the degree of laryngopharyngeal exposure,and increase the comfort level of patients during the examination,which should be further popularized in clinical practice.
