摘要
目的通过对上海徐汇枫林社区绝经后老年女性骨质疏松危险因素进行筛查,为绝经后老年女性骨质疏松防治工作提供参考依据。方法选取2016年至2018年在本院进行体检的徐汇枫林社区的537例老年女性作为研究对象,收集体格检查、体成分测量以及血生化等指标资料,同时采用问卷调查形式对生活方式等资料进行调查,分析各项相关因素与骨质疏松发生的相关性。结果上海徐汇枫林社区绝经后老年女性骨质疏松的发生率为21.71%。经分析可见,年龄、钙摄入量、高血压、骨质疏松家族史、糖尿病史、维生素D3水平、吸烟、BMI等均为绝经后老年女性骨质疏松发生的危险因素,运动锻炼是骨质疏松的保护性因素。结论绝经后老年女性较为容易出现骨质疏松的情况,其与患者年龄、BMI、钙摄入量、维生素D3水平、家族病史、多种慢性病史、肌力水平等因素有密切的关系。临床中应重视对绝经后老年女性生活和饮食方面的干预工作,以降低骨质疏松的发生。
Objective Through screening the risk factors of osteoporosis in postmenopausal elderly women in Fenglin community of Xuhui,Shanghai,the reference basis for prevention and treatment of osteoporosis in postmenopausal elderly women was provided.Methods 537 elderly women in Fenglin community of Xuhui from 2016 to 2018 were selected for physical examination.The data of physical examination,body composition measurement and blood biochemistry were collected.Meanwhile,the data of lifestyle were investigated by questionnaires,and the correlation between various related factors and the occurrence of osteoporosis was analyzed.Results The incidence of osteoporosis in postmenopausal elderly women in Xuhui Fenglin community of Shanghai was 21.71%.Age,calcium intake,hypertension,family history of osteoporosis,diabetes mellitus,vitamin D3 level,smoking and BMI were all risk factors for osteoporosis in postmenopausal elderly women,while exercise was the protective factor for osteoporosis.Conclusion Postmenopausal elderly women are more prone to osteoporosis,which is closely related to the patient's age,BMI,calcium intake,vitamin D3 level,family history,a variety of chronic medical history,muscle strength level and other factors.In order to reduce the incidence of osteoporosis,more attention should be paid to the intervention of life and diet in postmenopausal elderly women.
