子宫下段缩窄缝合术联合卡前列素氨丁三醇在剖宫产子宫下段出血中的临床应用价值分析

Clinical application value of lower uterine constriction and suture combined with carprostol tromethamine in uterine bleeding of cesarean section

目的分析子宫下段缩窄缝合术联合卡前列素氨丁三醇在剖宫产子宫下段出血中的临床应用价值。方法采用奇偶法将2017年1月至2019年1月于本科室治疗的62例剖宫产子宫下段出血患者分为两组,各31例。对照组患者接受卡前列素氨丁三醇治疗,实验组患者接受子宫下段缩窄缝合术联合卡前列素氨丁三醇治疗,对比两组临床应用价值。结果实验组剖宫产子宫下段出血患者产后2 h、产后24 h出血量均少于对照组,实验组剖宫产子宫下段出血患者术中输血率为3.23%,低于对照组的19.35%,子宫切除率为0.00%,低于对照组的12.90%,对比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组剖宫产子宫下段出血患者不良反应发生率对比差异无统计学意义。结论采用子宫下段缩窄缝合术联合卡前列素氨丁三醇治疗剖宫产子宫下段出血,可有效减少出血量,降低子宫切除率,且安全性良好,值得临床推广应用。

Objective Analyze the clinical application value of lower uterine constriction and suture combined with carprostol tromethamine in uterine bleeding of cesarean section.Methods Using the odd-even method,62 patients with cesarean section uterine bleeding who were treated in our department from January 2017 to January 2019 were divided into two groups,with 31 cases in each group.Patients in the control group were treated with carprostol tromethamine,and patients in the experimental group were treated with lower uterine constriction and suture combined with carprostol tromethamine.To compare the clinical application value of the two groups.Results The blood loss of the experimental group was lower than that of the control group at 2 h postpartum and 24 h postpartum.The intraoperative blood transfusion rate was 3.23%in the experimental group,which was lower than 19.35%in the control group,and the hysterectomy rate was 0.00%,which was less than 12.90%in the control group,there was statistical significance(P<0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups.Conclusion The use of lower uterine constriction and suture combined with carprostol tromethamine in the treatment of uterine lower uterine bleeding can effectively reduce the amount of bleeding,reduce the rate of hysterectomy,and good safety,it is worthy of clinical application.
