消肿方贴敷疗法对恶性肿瘤患者双下肢水肿的影响

Effect of deficiency prescription therapy on double lower extremity edema of patients with malignant tumor

目的分析消肿方贴敷疗法对恶性肿瘤双下肢水肿的消肿效果。方法将64例恶性肿瘤双下肢水肿的患者随机分为实验组与对照组,对照组单纯使用内科常规治疗,实验组配合使用消肿方贴敷疗法,观察两组患者治疗前后水肿消退率、局部症状评分、卡氏评分、疗效、满意度等的改变情况。结果与对照组相比,实验组患者水肿消退率、局部症状、卡氏评分、疗效、满意度等明显优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论消肿方贴敷疗法能提高恶性肿瘤患者双下肢水肿消退率,提高患者生存质量,值得推广。

Objective Analysing the effect of deficiency prescription therapy on double lower extremity edema of patients with malignant tumors.Methods 64 patients with malignant tumor with double lower extremity edema were randomly divided into experimental group and control group,the control group was accepted the routine internal medicine,while the experimental team was combined with deficiency prescription.We observed the rate of edema elimination in both groups before and after treatment,changes in local symptom score,cartesian score,efficacy,satisfaction.Results Compared to the control group,edema elimination rate,the effect of local symptoms such as cartesian score,efficacy,satisfaction in experimental group,is superior to that of the control group,the difference between two groups is statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Deficiency prescription can improve the rate of edema elimination of double lower extremities in patients with malignant tumors,improve the quality of life of patients.
