心内科临床药师医嘱审核中的用药干预分析

Analysis of drug intervention in the medical orders audit of clinical pharmacists in cardiology

目的分析临床药师对心内科不合理医嘱的干预情况,促进合理用药。方法对珠海市人民医院2019年1~12月心内科住院医嘱审核中临床药师的干预记录进行统计分析。结果不合理医嘱干预记录共146例,干预成功率91.1%。不合理医嘱类型前3位分别是用药剂量不适宜、禁忌证用药、药物联用不适宜,分别占27.40%、24.66%、10.96%。结论临床药师通过医嘱审核能促进合理用药,体现药师价值。

Objective To analyze the intervention of clinical pharmacists in the unreasonable medical orders,and to promote rational use of drugs.Methods The intervention records of clinical pharmacists in the in-patient medical orders in Zhuhai people's Hospital from January to December 2019 were statistically analyzed.Results Unreasonable medical orders intervention recorded a total of 146 cases,and the success rate of intervention was 91.1%.The first three types of unreasonable medical orders were inappropriate dosage(27.40%),contraindication(24.66%)and combination of drugs(10.96%).Conclusion Though medical orders audit,clinical pharmacists can promote rational use of drugs and reflect the value of pharmacists.
