聚丙烯充填式网塞补片用于腹股沟疝术的价值分析

摘要 目的研究聚丙烯充填式网塞补片用于腹股沟疝术的临床价值。方法纳入30例腹股沟疝术患者,采用随机数字表法分为A、B及C组,每组各10例。A组行常规腹股沟疝修补术,B组行聚丙烯充填式网塞补片修补术,C组行轻型聚丙烯补片修补术。记录三组术后疼痛、并发症及炎症因子水平,比较三组术后复发率。结果C组切口感染发生率显著低于A组(P<0.05)。术后1 d和出院时B组、C组VAS评分均低于A组(P<0.05)。A组复发率显著高于B、C两组(P<0.05)。B、C两组术后1 d和出院时血清CRP、IL-6及TNF-α显著低于A组(P<0.05)。结论聚丙烯充填式网塞补片用于腹股沟疝术患者有助于减轻术后疼痛,轻型聚丙烯补片较标准聚丙烯补片术后异物感更轻。 Objective To study the clinical value of the value of polypropylene filling mesh in inguinal hernia.Methods 30 patients with inguinal hernia were included and divided into group A,group B and group C by random number table method,10 cases in each group.The group A received routine inguinal hernia repair,and group B received polypropylene filling mesh patch repair,and the group C received light polypropylene patch repair.The postoperative pain,complications and inflammatory factors of the three groups were recorded,and the recurrence rate was compared between the three groups.Results The incidence of incision infection rate in group C was significantly lower than that in group A(P<0.05).The VAS scores of group B and group C at the first day after operation and the time of discharge were lower than those of group A(P<0.05).The recurrence rate of group A was significantly higher than that of group B and C(P<0.05).The serum CRP,IL-6 and TNF-α of 1 day after operation and at discharge were significantly lower in group B and C than in group A(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of polypropylene filling mesh plug in inguinal hernia surgery is helpful to relieve postoperative pain.The foreign body sensation of light polypropylene mesh is lighter than that of standard polypropylene mesh.
