摘要
以BIM为代表的智能建造是工程建造过程与信息化、智能化高度融合的创新建造方式。建筑行业对高校BIM人才培养提出了新需求,BIM知识成为落实工程管理专业新工科创新教育的重要内容。文章聚焦建筑类院校的工程管理专业,首先阐述了BIM课程教学改革的重要意义,探讨了国内外高校BIM课程的发展现状及教学特征。然后根据行业与教育界现阶段所面临的主要挑战,针对BIM课程教学目标与定位,对具有学科交叉性的BIM知识体系进行了归纳。最后,文章提出了工程管理专业BIM课程体系的IMAC基本框架,在说明、操作、应用和协作四个阶段植入或单独设置BIM课程,对BIM课程体系提供了方向性的引导和具体的实施建议。
Intelligent construction represented by BIM is an innovative construction method that integrates the construction process with informatization and intelligence.The construction industry puts forward new requirements for talents cultivation of BIM in colleges.BIM knowledge has become an important part to implement the innovative education of new engineering in engineering management specialty.Firstly,this paper focuses on the engineering management specialty of constructional universities,expounds the important significance of reform in BIM education,and explores the development status and teaching characteristics of BIM curriculum at home and abroad.Secondly,according to the main challenges faced by the industry and education at present stage,the paper aims at the teaching objectives and positioning of BIM course and sums up the knowledge system of BIM with interdisciplinary subjects.At last it puts forward the basic framework of IMAC in BIM curriculum for the specialty.BIM courses are implanted or set up in the four stages of IMAC,which provides guidance for BIM curriculum system and specific implementation suggestions.
