多学科合作团队全程护理在改善慢性阻塞性肺疾病病人护理质量中的作用

Role of multidisciplinary team working based whole range nursing in improving nursing quality of patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease

[目的]探讨多学科合作团队全程护理在改善慢性阻塞性肺疾病(COPD)病人护理质量中的作用。[方法]选取2017年1月—2018年7月医院呼吸内科COPD病人112例,采用随机数字表法将病人分为对照组与观察组,各56例。对照组采用常规护理,观察组在对照组基础上采用多学科合作团队全程护理,包括气道护理与心理护理等,比较两组护理质量的差异。[结果]观察组病人住院时间明显短于对照组,住院次数明显少于对照组,住院费用明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。入院时两组病人焦虑自评量表(SAS)评分、抑郁自评量表(SDS)评分与BODE指数比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),出院后6个月、12个月,观察组病人上述指标明显低于入院时与对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组病人护理满意度明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。[结论]多学科合作团队全程护理有助于缩短COPD病人的病程,减少发作频次,改善病情程度、负性情绪与护理质量。

Objective:To explore the effect of multidisciplinary team working based whole range nursing in improving nursing quality of patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease(COPD).Methods:A total of 112 patients with COPD in the respiratory department of the hospital from January 2017 to July 2018were selected.They were divided into the control group and the observation group by using the random number table method,56 cases in each.The patients in control group received routine nursing,while the patients in observation group received multidisciplinary team working based on whole range nursing,including airway nursing and psychological nursing.The difference of nursing quality was compared between the two groups.Results:The length of hospitalization of patients in the observation group was significantly shorter than that in the control group,the times of hospitalization was significantly lower than that in the control group,and the hospital costs was significantly lower than that in the control group,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).On admission,there was no statistically significant difference in anxiety self-rating scale(SAS),depression self-rating scale(SDS)score and BODE index between the two groups(P>0.05).At 6 and 12 months after discharge,the above indicators in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).The nursing satisfaction of patients in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions:Multidisciplinary team working based whole range nursing can help shorten the course of COPD patients,reduce the frequency of attacks,and improve the severity,negative emotions and quality of nursing.
