改良清洁灌肠操作流程对老年病人舒适度的影响

Influence of improved cleaning enema operation process on comfort level of elderly patients

[目的]探讨改良清洁灌肠操作流程对老年病人舒适度的影响。[方法]选择2017年11月—2018年12月某三级甲等医院老年病科、中医科、消化内科120例老年病人,随机分为观察组和对照组,各60例。对照组病人使用传统清洁灌肠流程灌肠,观察组病人使用改良清洁灌肠操作流程灌肠。比较两组灌肠病人在头晕、腹痛、肛坠胀、灌肠液外流、直肠黏膜损伤自觉症状中的舒适度。[结果]观察组病人头晕、灌肠液外流、腹痛、肛坠胀、直肠黏膜损伤自觉症状舒适度评分及舒适度总分高于对照组(P<0.05)。[结论]改良清洁灌肠操作流程明显改善了老年病人清洁灌肠中自觉症状的舒适度,明显改善了清洁灌肠的效果。

Objective:To explore the influence of improved cleaning enema operation process on the comfort level of elderly patients.Methods:A total of 120 elderly patients were selected in department of geriatrics,department of traditional Chinese medicine and department of gastroenterology in a third grade A hospital from November 2017 to December 2018.They were randomly divided into the control group and the observation group,60 cases in each.Patients in the control group received traditional cleaning enema operation process,while patients in the observation group received improved cleaning enema operation process.To compare the comfort level of two groups of enema patients in the symptoms of dizziness,abdominal pain,anal bulge,intestinal fluid outflow,and rectal mucosal injury.Results:The comfort score of self-conscious symptoms of dizziness,bowel fluid outflow,abdominal pain,anal bulge and rectal mucosal injury and total comfort score of patients in the observation group were higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions:The improved cleansing enema operation process had significantly improved the comfort level of conscious symptoms of elderly patients and the effect of cleaning enema.
