摘要 本文由T179次列车脱轨事故引出重大线性工程地质安全监测预警体系建设的迫切性,通过分析重大线性工程的特殊性,得出监测预警体系需要融合应用多种先进技术建设重大线性工程地质安全监测预警系统,同时需要建立高效的沟通机制,实现预警信息的有效传播,在此基础上充分利用群众警情,建立群策群防机制,由此提出了“一系统、两机制”监测预警体系的建设构想。 After the derailment accident of train T179,the urgency of the establishment of major linear engineering geological safety monitoring and early warning system have been concerned greatly.Through analyzing the particularity of major linear engineering,it is concluded that the monitoring and early warning system needs to integrate multiple advanced technologies to establish major linear engineering geological safety monitoring system.The early warning system also needs to establish an efficient communication mechanism to realize the effective dissemination of early warning information.Therefore,it needs to make full use of the general public warning situation,and establish a mechanism of collective policy and prevention.At last,this paper has proposed a conception"One System and Two Mechanisms"on the monitoring and warning system.
