摘要
为了实现车辆有序卸货,大幅缓解车辆在车间运输通道的拥堵,提高供应商的货品卸货交付效率,避免发生车辆的擦刮事故,笔者结合传感技术与信息技术,设计构建汽车装配车间的车辆引导系统,实现了车辆的有序卸货,提高了供应商的货品卸货交付效率,消除了发生车辆刮擦事故的安全隐患。车辆引导系统在汽车装配车间的应用,对于提高其他行业的物料配送交付效率也具有重要的参考意义。
In order to realize the orderly unloading of vehicles,greatly alleviate the congestion of vehicles in the workshop transportation channel,improve the delivery efficiency of the supplier's goods unloading,and avoid the vehicle scratch accident,the author combines the sensor technology and information technology to design and build the vehicle guidance system of the automobile assembly workshop,which realizes the orderly unloading of vehicles,improves the delivery efficiency of the supplier's goods unloading,and eliminates the problem The hidden danger of vehicle scraping accident occurred.The application of vehicle guidance system in automobile assembly workshop is of great significance to improve the delivery efficiency of material distribution in other industries.
