摘要
"互联网+"时代,档案工作中产生的大量信息数据破碎孤立,无法建立用户与数据的联系。因此,档案部门应着眼于用户数据本身,打通数据孤岛,发掘数据中的有用信息,形成用户数据支持,使数据赋能智慧档案服务的建设。文章基于数据赋能的视角,首先从数据关联融合、数据洞察分析与数据激活增值三个方面分析数据赋能助力智慧档案服务的微观机理,进而提出全渠道、全媒体、全链路的智慧档案服务的现实路径,以期为智慧档案服务提供基于数据赋能的实现路径的指导与借鉴。
In the Internet+era,a large amount of information generated in archives work is broken and isolated,and it is impossible to establish the connec⁃tion between users and data.Therefore,the archives department should focus on the user data itself,open up data islands,explore useful information in the da⁃ta,form user data support,and enable data to create intelligent archives services.Based on the perspec⁃tive of data empowerment,the paper first analyzes the micro-mechanism of data empowerment and in⁃telligent archives service from three aspects:data as⁃sociation and fusion,data insight analysis and data ac⁃tivation and value-added,and then proposes the real⁃istic path of intelligent archives service of omni chan⁃nel,omni media and omni link wisdom files,providing guidance and reference for the implementation path of data empowerment for intelligent archive services.
