三维超声心动图评价阵发性心房颤动患者左心房功能 被引量:4

Assessment of left atrial function in patients with paroxysmal atrial fibrillation using three-dimensional echocardiography

摘要 目的探讨三维超声心动图(3DE)评价阵发性心房颤动(PAF)患者左心房功能的早期改变。方法选取PAF患者48例和健康志愿者40例分别为PAF组和对照组,应用3DE及三维斑点追踪成像技术(3D-STI)测定左心房相关结构和功能指标,比较两组间的差异。结果PAF患者左心房三个时相容积指数均较对照组增大(P<0.05),功能性指标均减低(P<0.05)。结论3DE指标可较早识别PAF患者左心房功能的早期改变。 Objective To explore the value of three-dimensional echocardiography(3DE)in evaluating the early change of left atrial function in patients with paroxysmal atrial fibrillation(PAF).Methods 48 PAF patients and 40 normal subjects were enrolled in the study as PAF group and control group,respectively.The left atrial structural and functional parameters assessed by 3DE and three-dimensional speckle tracking imaging(3D-STI)were compared between the two groups.Results Compared with the control group,the left atrial volume indexes of three phases were all greater in PAF group(P<0.05).The functional parameters in PAF patients were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion 3DE can identify the change of left atrial function in PAF patients in the early stage.
