摘要
随着人们对辐射造成身体损害认识增加及多层螺旋CT探测器的发展使低辐射剂量CT肺动脉扫描技术受到广泛关注,低辐射剂量CT肺动脉血管成像可采取多种措施个体化方案扫描可简单有效的降低辐射剂量;前瞻性心电门控减少呼吸运动伪影使图像质量更佳;迭代重建算法保证了辐射剂量下降的同时降低图像噪声满足临床诊断需求。低辐射剂量意识对于降低辐射造成身体的损害至关重要。
With the development of multi-slice spiral CT detector and the recognition of radiation-induced physical damage,low-dose CT pulmonary artery angiography has attracted wide attention.There are many measures for low-dose CT pulmonary artery angiography individualized scanning can reduce radiation dose simply and effectively;prospective ECG-gated can reduce respiratory motion artifacts.Iterative reconstruction algorithm ensures that radiation dose decreases while reducing image noise to meet the needs of clinical diagnosis.Low radiation awareness is essential to reduce radiation damage to the body.
