摘要
骨关节内包含许多X线衰减特征不同的组织,而传统CT并不能对其进行细致区分。双能CT能同时获取两个不同能量级的CT数据集,并能将这些数据集中量化和去除单个化学元素,利用后处理软件中的虚拟去钙技术去除骨松质中的钙,得到虚拟去钙图像,使传统CT不能显示的骨髓内的水肿和细胞成分在该图像上可见。本文概述了双能CT虚拟去钙技术在脊柱病变中的应用进展。
The bone and joint encompasse in close proximity materials with vastly differing X-ray attenuation characteristics,traditionally rendering this part of the body challenging to image with computed tomography(CT).Dual-energy CT(DECT)acquires two wets of CT data at different energy levels simultaneously,and it can subsequently quantify and remove the individual chemical elements from those data sets.Postprocessing software is then used to remove calcium in trabecular bone by using the virtual noncalcium subtraction process,thus the increased edema and cellular components in the bone marrow can be seen on virtual noncalcium(VNCa)images.This article provides an overview of the new application of dual-energy CT virtual non-calcium technique in spinal diseases.
