癌症患者对化疗致周围神经病变体验质性研究的系统评价

Systematic evaluation of the experience quality of chemotherapy-induced peripheral neuropathy in cancer patients

目的分析癌症患者对化疗致周围神经病变的体验,为医护人员评估、干预和管理提供参考。方法系统检索PubMed、Web of Science、EBSCO、CINAHL、中国知网、万方数据库、中国生物医学数据库,搜集关于癌症患者对化疗致周围神经病变体验的质性研究,并进行质量评价、结果整合。结果癌症患者对化疗致周围神经病变体验归纳总结后形成7个类别,最终整合成2个整合结果①化疗致周围神经病变症状模糊且持续时间长,危险性易被忽略,影响患者生活质量;②患者心存希望,积极应对,重建生活能力。结论医护人员及患者应当及早识别和报告化疗致周围神经病变症状,提高患者主观幸福感,恢复工作生活能力。

Objective To explore the experience of cancer patients with chemotherapy-induced peripheral neuropathy(CIPN)by Meta-analysis,and to provide reference for medical staff assessment,intervention and management.Methods The data bases were searched including Pubmed,Web of Science,EBSCO,CINAHL,CNKI,Wanfang and Sinomed to collect qualitative studies on the experience of cancer patients with CIPN.The quality of the literature were evaluated and the results were integrated.Results The experience of CIPN in cancer patients was summarized and 7 categories were formed,and finally integrated into 2 integration results:①the symptoms of CIPN were vague and last for a long time,and the risks were easily ignored,which affected patients'quality of life,②patients had a positive and hopeful attitude to disease.Conclusion Medical staff and patients should identify and report the symptoms of CIPN as soon as possible,to improve the subjective well-being of patients and restore their ability to work and live.
