快速康复外科在甲状腺乳头状癌颈清扫围手术期护理应用的效果评价

Evaluation of fast track surgery in perioperative nursing on neck dissection patients with papillary thyroid carcinoma

目的探讨快速康复外科在甲状腺乳头状癌颈清扫手术护理中应用的效果。方法选取择期接受甲状腺乳头状癌颈清扫手术的患者200例,分为观察组和对照组各100例,对照组接受围手术期常规护理,观察组接受快速康复护理,包括术前健康教育与心理干预、饮食和活动时间、康复训练与出院指导等。结果观察组患者术后疼痛减轻、总引流量减少、手足麻木感减轻,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01或P<0.05),术后乳糜漏发生率无显著统计学差异(P>0.05);观察组患者满意度明显高于对照组(P<0.01)。结论快速康复外科在甲状腺乳头状癌颈清扫围手术期的应用可促进患者康复,提高患者满意度,使患者生活质量提高。

Objective To investigate the effectiveness of fast track surgery(FTS)idea in perioperative nursing on neck dissection patients with papillary thyroid carcinoma(PTC).Methods A total of 200 patients with PTC who underwent neck dissection divided into two groups according to their admission time.The first 100 cases were the control group,and the other 100 cases were the observation group.The control group was given conventional nursing while the observation group was given the FTS treatment,including preoperative health education and psychological intervention,diet and activity time,rehabilitation training and discharge guidance.Results Postoperative pain(P<0.05)and total volume of drainage(P<0.01)were significantly less than the control group,and the incidence of numbness was lower in FTS group(P<0.01),while there was no significant difference in chylous fistula(P>0.05).Patient satisfaction score(P<0.01)was significantly higher in FTS group.Conclusion FTS is effective in perioperative nursing of neck dissection patients with higher nursing quality,less complication and will lead a quick recover and higher satisfaction.
