摘要
针对金谷煤矿10901工作面沿空留巷浅埋煤层、复合顶板的地质条件,结合超前预裂爆破与密集支护技术,设计了2种不同形式的爆破参数,并提出了以锚梁网索作为巷道基本支护,单体支柱+π型铰接顶梁+工字钢护帮腿作为组合支护体系的围岩控制技术。根据矿压观测结果表明,在一次采动影响下,沿空留巷顶底板及两帮移近量能够保持在可控范围内,并逐渐趋于稳定,实现了金谷煤矿首个沿空留巷的成功实施。
Based on the geological conditions of shallow coal seam,compound roof of gob-side entry retaining in No.10901 working face of Jingu Coal Mine,and combined with pre-splitting blasting and dense supporting technology,2 types of blasting parameters were designed,and a combined support system with wire meshes beam and cable anchor as basic support,single prop,π-type articulated roof beam and joist steel support leg as combined support system was put forward.The mine pressure observation results showed that,under the influence of primary mining,the roof and floor of gob-side entry and the two sides could be kept in a controllable range,and gradually became stable,achieving the successful implementation of the first gob-side entry retaining in Jingu Coal Mine.
