摘要
目前我国面临着较大的养老压力,养老服务企业的发展符合老龄化社会的客观需要,培育养老服务企业的核心竞争力,在发展中获取持久性竞争优势具有现实价值和意义。以顾客价值理论、核心竞争力理论和业务流程再造理论为基础,结合问卷调查数据,分析养老服务企业发展现状及存在的问题,从顾客价值的视角明确养老服务企业核心竞争力的构成要素,从平衡养老服务企业核心竞争力培育中企业目标与顾客目标关系出发,提出核心竞争力的培育对策。
China is currently facing greater pressures of pension.The development of old-age service enterprises meets the objective needs of the aging society and cultivates its core competitiveness,which has practical value and significance for the sustainable competitiveness of pension service enterprises in the development.Based on the customer value theory,core competence theory and business process reengineering theory,combining with the questionnaire,the development status and existing problems of pension service enterprises are analyzed.The constituent elements of core competitiveness of pension service enterprises are studied from the perspective of customer value.The countermeasures of cultivating the core competitiveness of pension service enterprises are put forward based on balancing the relationship between the enterprise aim and the customer aim in the cultivation of the core competitiveness.
