摘要
目前国内烟气脱硫除尘工艺较为成熟,但在气溶胶、氨逃逸、脱硫除尘效率与超低排放上仍然存在一定的问题。为解决这些问题,对塔内循环、可控氧化率、旋流凝并、气液均布等技术环节进行研究与试验,从研究和试验结果看,SO2浓度<35mg/m^3、颗粒物浓度<10mg/m^3,氨回收率可达到99%,满足国家环保标准、超低排放与节能减排的要求。
The domestic flue gas desulfurization and dust removal technology are relatively mature at present.But there are still some problems in aerosol,ammonia escape,desulfurization and dust removal efficiency and ultra-low emissions.In order to solve these problems,research and experiment were carried out on the technical links such as the circulation in the tower,the controlled oxidation rate,the swirling coagulation,and the uniform distri-bution of gas and liquid.Based on the research and test results,the concentration of SO2 was less than 35mg/m^3,the concentration of particulate matter was less than 10mg/m^3,and the ammonia recovery rate could reach 99%,which met national environmental protection standards,and the requirements for low emissions and energy saving.
