摘要
通过现场调查、环境监测、公众调查的方式,从客观、公正的角度剖析邻避问题,编制邻避问题调查报告,为下一步开展"邻避"问题化解工作提供合理依据及指导。
The neighborhood avoidance issue was analyzed in an objective and fair way on the basis of an on-site investigation and environmental monitoring and public participation.How to write the report about the issue was presented as well.This would be helpful to provide the reasonable guide on how to practically solve the neighbor-hood avoidance issue.
