Key Points in the Check and Acceptance of Environmental Protection for Wind Energy Construction Projects

笔者根据多年从事风电类建设项目竣工环保验收调查工作经验,总结了风电项目竣工环保验收应关注的侧重点。调查工程实际建设内容和变化情况、对生态环境的影响及噪声对居民点的影响是风电类项目竣工环保验收的重点。

Based on the long-term related work experiences,key points in the check and acceptance of environ-mental protection for wind energy construction projects were summarized in this paper.The site selection of wind farms was always located at the mountain ridges where wind energy was rich.Regarding various elements in Yunnan Province,e.g.the complex landform,rich biodiversity,common appearances of settlements in mountain areas,the projects were usually rearranged in the construction processes.In view of the above situations,informative in-vestigations of project background and changes,ecological impacts and noise impacts on settlements should be con-sidered in special.
