摘要 KI-MIBK螯合萃取-火焰原子吸收法是溶剂萃取-原子吸收光谱法最常用的方法之一[1],它弥补了直接火焰原子吸收法和石墨炉原子吸收法在样品分析过程中的缺点,具有灵敏度高、精密性好、富集倍数高的优点。此外,该方法在萃取过程除了能起到浓缩的作用以外,还因有机溶剂的作用而使信号有所提高[2]。 KI-MIBK chelate extraction-flame atomic absorption method is one of the most commonly used meth-ods of solvent extraction-atomic absorption spectrometry,which makes up for the shortcomings of direct flame a-tomic absorption spectrometry and graphite furnace atomic absorption spectrometry in sample analysis.It has the ad-vantages of high sensitivity,good precision and high enrichment ratio.In addition,the method also improves the signal due to the action of organic solvents besides the concentration of the extraction process.
