采用两种纳氏试剂测定水中氨氮的比对试验分析 被引量:1

摘要 采用纳氏试剂分光光度法,使用自配纳氏试剂和采购纳氏试剂开展氨氮测定比对试验,通过绘制标准曲线及分析空白吸光度、方法检出限、加标回收率和精密度的误差,评价试验结果的可靠性和准确性。试验结果表明,两种纳氏试剂测试结果误差满足氨氮检测标准和水环境监测规范规定的质控要求。 A comparative analysis of testing ammonia in water by both self-make Nessler reagent and the Nessler reagent from the market using Nessler reagent spectrophotometry was done.The errors of drawing the standard curve and analyzing blank absorbance were examined as well as the detection limit and standard recovery rate and preci-sion in order to evaluate the stability and accuracy of the results.It showed that the errors from these two reagents satisfied with the quality control requirements of both determination standard and water environmental monitoring guide.
