摘要
通过分析德宏州环境监测系统现状和存在问题,围绕生态环境监测机构垂直管理改革总体要求,提出加强全州生态环境监测能力建设和提升业务能力水平的工作思路。
The thinking of how to strengthen the capacity of environmental monitoring construction and improve the ability of environmental monitoring in Dehong was put forward through analyzing the present state and the problems of the system,combining with the general requirements of the vertical reform of environmental monitoring system.
