Soil pollution prevention has been focused in recent years.Factor method was introduced to distribute the national special fund for soil prevention in order to efficiently distribute and use the fund.The article presented the steps of adopting factor method in Yunnan province.Meanwhile,the problems of distributing the fund were ana-lyzed.The corresponding suggestions were put forward as well.
