我国信息化与工业化深度融合的影响因素及变化机制分析

Analysis on the Influencing Factors and Changing Mechanism of the Deep Integration of Informatization and Industrialization in China

【目的/意义】本文在设计信息化与工业性融合体系的前提下,构建了信息化和工业化融合的影响因素评价指标体系。【方法/过程】对中国31个省级单元的信息化和工业化耦合协调度计算并对其进行空间分析;根据各省耦合协调度不同用灰色关联度模型分析了信息化与工业化的耦合机制。【结果/结论】中国信息化和工业化系统总体上处于中低耦合阶段,东部省份及直辖市的耦合协调度相对较高,西部省则相对较低。,工业化的科技含量与人力资源要素对信息化程度高度依赖,但经营效率却受信息化程度影响相对较小,居民生活水平和对外贸易对其提升有重要作用,据此,提出我国两化融合的提升路径。

【Purpose/significance】On the premise of designing the integration system of informatization and industrialization, this paper constructs the evaluation index system of the influencing factors of informatization and industrialization integration.【Method/process】The paper calculates and analyzes the coordination of informatization and industrialization of 31 provincial units in China. According to the different coupling and coordination degree of each province, the coupling mechanism of informatization and industrialization is analyzed with the grey correlation degree model.【Result/conclusion】The results show that Chinese informatization and industrialization system is in the middle and low coupling stage. The coupling coordination degree of eastern provinces and municipalities is relatively high, while that of western provinces is relatively low. The scientific and technological content of industrialization and human resource elements are highly dependent on the degree of informatization, but the operation efficiency is relatively less affected by the degree of informatization, and the living standard of residents and foreign trade play an important role in improving it. Based on this, the paper puts forward the promotion path of integration.
