幼儿时间管理发展现状调查--以广州市为例

An Investigation of Children’s Time Management Development:Taking Guangzhou as an Example

摘要 本研究对广州市263名幼儿进行了问卷调查,探讨幼儿的时间管理发展现状,发现幼儿时间管理水平随年龄增长而提高,大班幼儿的时间管理发展水平与中小班幼儿存在显著差异;幼儿时间管理各维度发展水平最高的是时间管理行为,发展水平最低的是时间管理调节;时间管理各维度与时间管理总体水平相关关系的强弱存在年龄差异,小班相关关系从强到弱依次是时间管理调节、时间认知、时间管理行为和时间管理效能感,中、大班依次是时间管理调节、时间管理效能感、时间管理行为与时间认知;除小班幼儿的时间管理行为和时间管理效能感相关不显著外,其他年龄在时间管理各维度上均存在显著正相关,中大班的相关强度随年龄增长而增强;时间管理发展水平存在显著的性别差异,女孩的时间管理发展水平显著高于男孩。研究者据此提出相关建议。 Using questionnaires,this study investigated 263 children from Guangzhou exploring their time management development.The results show that children's time management improves with their age and children of 6-year-old classes are significantly better than children of younger age classes;the highest development dimension is time management behavior and time management adjustment the lowest;the relationship between time management dimensions and general rime management development vary with ages;the sequence from strong to weak for children of 3-4-year-old classes is time management adjustment,time recognition,time management behavior,and time management efficacy,but time management adjustment,time management efficacy,time management behavior and time recognition for children of 5-6-year-old classes;all the other dimensions are positively correlated with other age groups except of children of 3-4-year-old classes in time management behavior and time management efficacy;the correlation of children of 5-6-year-old classes increases with ages;time management show significant difference in gender,with girls much better than boys.Some suggestions are put forward.
