新型冠状病毒肺炎疫情期间血液病住院患者相关体验的质性研究

A qualitative study on the experience of hospitalized patients with hematological diseases during the COVID-19 outbreak

目的探讨新型冠状病毒肺炎疫情期间血液病住院患者的相关体验。方法采用目的抽样法选择9例血液病患者进行深度访谈,并基于现象学理论构建半结构式访谈提纲对患者进行深入访谈,整理归纳访谈资料后对访谈结果进行主题提炼。结果共提炼出4个主题:生命质量下降;交换;认同;担忧。结论新型冠状病毒肺炎流行对血液病患者生理、心理和社会健康存在影响,护理人员需要及时了解血液病患者在此特殊期间的切身感受和各方面需求,关注患者的身心健康,提高患者的整体生命质量。

Objective To explore the experience of hospitalized patients with hematological diseases during the COVID-19 epidemic.Methods Nine patients with hematological diseases were selectet,and semi-structured interview outlines and in-depth interviews based on phenomenological theory were used to explore the experience of hospitalized patients with hematological diseases.After summarizing the interview data,the interview results were refined.Results A total of 4 themes were extracted:quality of life decline;value exchange;recognition;concren.Conclusion The epidemic of COVID-19 has impacts on physical,psychological and social health of patients with hematological diseases.Nursing staff need to understand the physical feelings and needs of patients with hematological diseases during this special period,and pay attention to the physical and mental health of patients to improve the overall quality of life of patients.
