基于数据挖掘的尿潴留患者选穴规律分析

Analysis on the laws of selecting acupoints to treat urinary retention based on data mining

目的运用数据挖掘技术,了解尿潴留穴位按摩的选穴配伍规律,为尿潴留患者的穴位按摩提供参考依据。方法以“尿潴留”“穴位按摩”“穴位按压”“穴位按揉”为关键词,从万方医学数据库、维普数据库、中国生物医学文献数据库、知网等数据库中收集数据,对数据进行预处理后,进行穴位频次描述性分析和选穴规律关联分析。结果共纳入文献256篇,包含53个穴位,针对人群多为产科、肛肠外科和骨外科的患者;最常见的选穴依次为关元穴(17.70%)、中极穴(17.44%)、气海穴(15.12%)、三阴交(10.98%)、足三里(5.94%)、阴陵泉(3.75%)、利尿(3.49%)、石门(3.10%)。不同基础疾病的尿潴留患者应用穴位配伍未见明显特异性。结论产科、肛肠外科、骨外科患者是常见的尿潴留穴位按摩人群,关元穴、中极穴、气海穴等是穴位按摩治疗尿潴留的常用穴位。选穴思路体现了“近取下腹部腧穴,循经远取下肢腧穴”,但并未突出辨病取穴。

Objective To understand the laws of selecting acupoints in the acupoint massage for urinary retention with data mining technology,and to provide reference for acupoint massage of patients with urinary retention.Methods The data were collected from databases such as Wanfang Data,VIP,CMB and CNKI by using“urinary retention”,“acupoint massage”,“acupoint pressing”and“acupoint rubbing”.After pretreatment,the descriptive analysis of the frequency of the acupoints and the association analysis of the selected acupoints were performed.Results A total of 256 articles were included in the literature,including 53 acupoints.The targeted patients were those from the Departments of Obstetrics,Anorectal Surgery and Orthopedic Surgery.The most common selection points were Guanyuan(17.70%)and Zhongji(17.44%).Qihai(15.12%),Sanyinjiao(10.98%),Zusanli(5.94%),Yinlingquan(3.75%),Liniao(3.49%),Shimen(3.10%);application of acupoints in patients with urinary retention of different underlying diseases There was no obvious specificity in the compatibility.Conclusion The target population comprised patients from the Department of Obstetrics,Anorectal Surgery and Orthopedic Surgery.The Guanyuan,Zhongji and Qihai points are common acupoints for acupoint massage in the treatment of urinary retention.The idea of selecting points reflects the near-abdominal acupoints,and the lower extremity acupoints are taken but the disease is not prominent.
