抗击新型冠状病毒肺炎疫情一线护士共情能力现状调查及影响因素分析

An investigation of empathy in front-line nurses in the fight against COVID-19 and related influencing factors

目的了解抗击新型冠状病毒肺炎疫情一线护士的共情能力现状水平,分析其影响因素,为完善突发公共卫生事件的应对方案提供依据。方法2020年2月22日—2月25日通过网络平台调查全国多省市医院抗击疫情一线的护士341名。调查内容包括一般资料、中文版杰弗逊共情量表(医护人员版)(JSE-HP)。结果341名一线护士JPE-HP量表平均总分为(82.74±8.62)分,处于中等水平。多元线性逐步回归分析显示,学历、护龄和工作强度是护士共情能力的影响因素(P<0.05),护龄、学历、工作强度与共情能力呈显著正相关。结论一线护理人员的共情能力处于中等水平,管理者需充分考虑护士自身多种因素对共情能力的影响,针对不同学历和护龄的护士个性化实施共情能力培养,并合理调节工作强度,降低疫情对护士共情护理能力的影响。

Objective To investigate the empathy ability of front-line nurses in the fight against COVID-19,and analyze related influencing factors so as to provide reference for developing plan for public health emergencies.Methods A total of 341 front-line nurses were collected using a convenient sampling method and were surveyed online.Cross-sectional questionnaire survey was performed on general information and Jefferson Scale of Empathy-Healthy Physician(JSE-HP).Results The average score of JSE-HP was(82.74±8.62),which was at a medium level.The multiple linear stepwise regression analysis showed that education level,years of working and work intensity were the influencing factors of front-line nurses'empathy ability(P<0.05),and were positively correlated with the empathy ability.Conclusion Findings of the surgery showed a medium level of empathy ability among front-line nurses in the fight against COVID-19.Hospital managers should fully consider the influencing factors of the empathy,and implement the empathy training for nurses with different educational level and years of working,as well as adjusting related work intensity.
