新型冠状病毒肺炎疫情防控期间手术室护理人员感染自我防护意识现状及影响因素分析 被引量:2

摘要 目的调查新型冠状病毒肺炎疫情防控期间手术室护理人员感染自我防护意识的现状,分析影响因素。方法选取手术室护理人员90名进行调查,采用相关问卷调查评估护理人员的感染自我防护意识,并分析影响因素。结果手术室护理人员自我防护意识总得分(68.04±6.69)分。多因素logistic回归分析显示,年龄、性别、文化程度、职称、婚姻、是否有救灾培训或经验是影响手术室护理人员感染自我防护意识的独立危险因素(P<0.05)。结论手术室护理人员的感染自我防护意识还有待提升,护理管理者应制定针对性干预措施,以提高护士感染自我防护意识。 Objective To investigate the infection and self-protection awareness of surgical nurses during the COVID-19 epidemic,and analyze related influencing factors.Methods A questionnaire survey about infection and self-protection awareness was conducted to 90 surgical nurses.Results The score for assessment of self-protection awareness was(68.04±6.69).Multiple logistic regression analysis showed that age,gender,education level,professional title,marriage and field or training experience of disaster relief were factors influencing the self-protection awareness of surgical nurses during the COVID-19 epidemic(P<0.05).Conclusion There is a need for targeted interventions to improve the infection and self-protection awareness of surgical nurses.
