摘要 目的探讨感染病房常用的护目镜防雾方法及效果。方法本次实验共选取25个新的3M公司型号为1621AF护目镜,将所有护目镜随机分为涂抹洗手液组、洗洁精涂抹组、碘伏内涂组、涂肥皂组、泳镜防雾喷剂组,各5个,分别使用涂抹洗手液法、洗洁精涂抹法、碘伏内涂法、涂肥皂法、泳镜防雾喷剂法处理护目镜,比较每组防雾方法的准备时长、防雾效果时长。结果5组间平均准备时间和平均防雾时长比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。洗洁精涂抹组防雾持续时间最短;涂肥皂组准备时长最短,但涂肥皂法易导致镜面模糊,影响视野,不适用于临床;碘伏内涂组、涂抹洗手液组及泳镜防雾喷剂组准备时间较长,防雾时间较长,但抹洗手液组、碘伏内涂法组取材更方便、更经济实惠。结论碘伏内涂法、涂抹洗手液法具有操作简单、经济实惠、取材方便、防雾效果时间长等优点。条件允许时采用泳镜防雾喷剂法效果最佳。 Objective To compare the antifogging effects of different methods in the use of goggles.Methods A total of 25 pairs of new 3M 1621AF goggles were randomly divided into 5 groups:5 pairs in group 1 cleaned with hand sanitizer,5 pairs in group 2 cleaned with detergent,5 pairs in group 3 cleaned with iodine volts,5 pairs in group 4 cleaned with soap,5 pairs in group 5 cleaned with the Goggles antifogging spray.The preparation time and anti-fog time were compared among each group.Results There was a significant difference in preparation time and anti-fog time among 5 groups(P<0.05).The anti-fog time was shortest in group 2.The preparation time was shortest in group 4,however cleaning with soap caused blurred vision.Group 1,3,5 had a relatively longer preparation time but longer anti-fog time,and Group 1 and 3 with easy accessibility to materials.Conclusion The application of hand sanitize and iodine volts has advantages of easy-operation,easy accessibility to materials and long anti-fog time in the use of goggles.The goggles antifogging spray could be used under the right conditions.
