安全缝隙多重阻断模式在抑郁症患者住院安全管理中的应用

Application of multiple blocking model for security gaps in safety management of hospitalized patient with depression

目的探讨安全缝隙多重阻断模式在抑郁症患者住院安全管理中的应用效果。方法2016年1月—2017年12月收治的40名抑郁症患者设为对照组,2018年1月—2019年10月收治的40名抑郁症患者设为观察组。对照组采取常规安全管理,观察组在对照组基础上基于安全缝隙多重阻断模式开展安全管理。比较2组干预前后自杀风险评估量表(NGASR)得分,记录2组自杀、自伤不良事件发生情况。结果干预后,2组患者NGASR评分均较干预前降低,且观察组评分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组发生自伤事件1(2.50%)例,对照发生自伤事件4(10.00%)例,自杀事件1(2.50%)例。结论基于安全缝隙多重阻断模式开展抑郁症患者住院安全管理,可以有效降低抑郁症患者的自杀风险,保障患者安全。

Objective To investigate the multiple blocking models for security gaps in safety management of hospitalized patient with depression.Methods Totally 80 patient with depression were divided into two groups:40 cases in the control group and 40 cases in the observation group.All patients received routine safety management during hospitalization,and those in the observation group was given a multiple blocking model for security gaps in hospitalization safety management.The Nurses'Global Assessment of Suicide Risk(NGASR)was used to evaluate the suicide risk of patients,and incidence of suicide-related adverse events was compared between two groups.Results The NGASR score was dropped in two groups after intervention,and was lower in the observation group than that in the control group(P<0.05).A case of suicide-related adverse event was reported in the observation group,and 4 cases of self-injury event and 1 cases of suicide-related adverse event were observed in the control group.Conclusion The multiple blocking model for security gaps is potentially effective to reduce the suicide risk of hospitalized patients with depression.
