Infection prevention and practice of emergency cesarean section during the COVID-19 outbreak

孕产妇及新生儿是新型冠状病毒的易感人群。疫情期间,完善急诊剖宫产手术产妇的防护措施至关重要。本文总结了新型冠状病毒肺炎疫情期间急诊剖宫产手术的防护流程和相关操作,包括术前疫情排查、人员防护、终末处理等,确保孕产妇、医护人员安全。

Pregnant women and newborns are more vulnerable to COVID-19.It is required to enhance the infection prevention and control for pregnant women undergoing emergency caesarean section during the COVID-19 outbreak.This paper summarized the process of infection prevention and control in emergency caesarean section,including the COVID-19 testing and screening,personal protection,terminal management,in order to ensure the safety of pregnant women,newborns and medical workers.
