新型冠状病毒肺炎疫情期间运用“互联网+”全程信息化模式开展护士培训的效果观察

The Internet Plus whole-process informatization model in the training of nurses during the COVID-19 outbreak

目的探讨新型冠状病毒肺炎(新冠肺炎)疫情期间基于“互联网+”全程信息化模式在护士培训中的应用效果。方法选取疫情期间普外科正常轮岗的护理人员96名为培训对象,基于“互联网+”技术实施培训,比较培训前后护士的疫情防控相关理论知识和操作技能成绩,调查护士对培训的满意度。结果培训后,护士理论与操作考核成绩分别为(89.28±6.12)、(93.27±2.71)分,高于培训前的(75.63±7.81)、(87.39±3.21)分,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。护士对培训的各项满意度均较高。结论基于“互联网+”全程信息化培训模式有助于提高护士对新冠肺炎防疫知识及操作技能的掌握程度。

Objective To evaluate the application effect of Internet Plus whole-process informatization model in the training of nurses during the COVID-19 outbreak.Methods Totally 96 nurses from the General Surgery Department were included in this study.A whole-process informatization model based on Internet Plus was used in the training of nurses.The evaluation of nurses’knowledge and practice skills about COVID-19 prevention and control was conducted,and their satisfactory degree with training was assessed.Results Nurses achieved higher scores of theoretical knowledge(89.28±6.12 vs.75.63±7.81)and practice skills(93.27±2.71 vs.87.39±3.21)after the training compared with those before training(P<0.01).Nurses were satisfied with the training method of whole-process informatization model based on Internet Plus.Conclusion The whole-process informatization model based on Internet Plus is effective to improve the nurses’knowledge and practice skills about COVID-19 prevention and control.
