基于SWOT视角的出院计划在国内推广实施的探讨

Discussion on the promotion and implementation of discharge planning in China's Mainland from the view of SWOT theory

人口老龄化趋势愈加凸显延续医疗的重要性,加剧医疗供需矛盾,而作为延续医疗基础环节的出院计划具有提高医疗服务效率与质量,提升就医体验等作用。出院计划服务在国外发展成熟并已制度化,但在我国尤其是内地仍处于试验探索阶段,与国外的系统规范实施尚有差距。文章运用SWOT分析法对当前在国内全面开展出院计划的内部优势与劣势、外部机遇与威胁深入分析并探讨实施建议,以期为出院计划的研究与实施提供参考。

The aging population increasingly highlights the importance of continuous medical care,aggravating the contradiction between medical supply and demand.As the basic link of continuous medical care,discharge plan plays a role in improving the efficiency and quality of medical services and improving the medical experience.The service of discharge planning has been developed and institutionalized in foreign countries,but it is still in the trial and exploration stage in China.In this paper,SWOT analysis is used to analyze the internal advantages and disadvantages,external opportunities and threats of the comprehensive discharge plan in China and discuss the implementation Suggestions,in order to provide references for the study and implementation of the discharge plan.
