依托地方传统文化创新高职思政教育体系

Research on Innovation of Ideological and Political Education System in Higher Vocational Education Based on Local Traditional Culture

地方优秀传统文化是高职思政教育体系创新的重要土壤。高职院校要把立德树人的使命放在第一位,培养具有地方优秀传统文化、符合地方企业发展需求的高素质综合型人才。从依托地方优秀传统文化创新高职思政教育体系的困难入手,形成深度挖掘地方传统文化资源、发挥文化教育合力、实行"113"思政教育良性循环模式的总体创新思路,提出坚持习近平新时代中国特色社会主义指导思想,坚定践行社会主义核心价值观,发挥课内外教育合力,构建科学的思政教育评价体系。

Excellent local traditional culture is an important soil for the innovation of Ideological and political education system in higher vocational colleges.Higher vocational colleges should put the mission of moral education first,cultivate high-quality comprehensive talents with local excellent traditions and meet the development needs of local enterprises.This paper starts with the difficulty of relying on the local excellent traditional culture for the innovation of ideological and political education system in higher vocational education;Form the overall innovative thinking of deeply excavating the local traditional cultural resources,giving full play to the joint efforts of cultural education,and achieving the“113”beneficent cycle mode of ideological and political education;Put forward adhering to Xi Jinping’s new era socialism with China characteristic socialism,firmly practice the core values of Chinese socialism,give full play to the joint efforts of in class and out class education,build a scientific evaluation system of ideological and political education.
