贯通培养项目双导师考核评价体系的构建——以北京劳动保障职业学院为例 被引量:4

摘要 高端技术技能人才贯通培养试验项目,是以初中毕业为起点,经过连续7年的职业教育培养,最终获得本科学历的职业教育模式,北京市在全国率先开展此试验项目。对于未成年人,在没有高考压力的情况下,运用双导师管理机制,保障学生成人、成才,是一种有效的管理方式。双导师考核评价体系的构建,从定性考核和定量考核两个方面进行。定性考核包括师德、能力和勤勉的考核,由考核评价小组通过会商机制实施;而定量考核侧重双导师的工作业绩考核,从导师班学生平时学业成绩、学业水平合格性考试通过率、学生日常行为表现、学生的学分积累、评委综合评价等五个维度入手,进行量化计算,形成双导师综合成绩排名。 High-end Technical and Skilled Talents Continuous Training Pilot Project is a vocational education mode that enables the junior high school graduates to get bachelor degree after 7-year continuous vocational education.Beijing takes the lead in carrying out the pilot project.For juveniles who take part in the program,there is no pressure of college entrance examination.Thus,the dual-mentor system is an efficient mode to make these students mature and useful.The construction of the dual-mentor assessment system is conducted from two aspects:the qualitative aspect and the quantitative aspect.As for the qualitative aspect,the mentor’s ethics,ability,and devotion are evaluated by the assessment group through consultation.The quantitative assessment focuses on the mentor’s work achievements.Students’grades,the passing rate of proficiency test for high school students,students’daily performance,credits,and the comprehensive assessment by the judges are calculated to form a comprehensive ranking.
