职业教育产教深度融合的实施路径策略

新经济时代为“中国特色”产教融合注入了新的内涵,其定位从“局部”到“全局”、形态从“管理”到“治理”、形式从“初级”走向“高级”、坚持“共性”与“个性”的统一。当前我国产教融合存在产教共同价值缺失、政府主导职能薄弱、院校主体定位不清、缺乏有效产业主体、校企合作模式单一等问题。通过厘清教育与产业两个系统结构与要素间的对应关系及整合过程,构建职业教育产教深度融合的“六对接”模式。

The production and education integration with Chinese characteristics is injected new connotation by the new economic era,positioning from"part"to"whole",patterning from"management"to"governance",forming from"primary"to"advanced",and insisting on the unity of"commonness"and"individuality".The problems of production and education integration in China are the lack of common value of production and education,the weak government-led function,the unclear positioning of college main bod ies,the lack of effective industrial bodies,and the single mode of cooperation between schools and enterprises.Through clarifying the correspondence and integration process between the structure and elements of the two systems of education and industry,a mod el of“six connections”of production and education deep integration is constructed.
