摘要
2014年5月,国务院印发《关于加快发展现代职业教育的决定》中明确提出现代学徒制试点,2015年以来教育部先后建立多批现代学徒制试点,为我国职业教育人才培养探索新的培养模式积累了许多成功经验。佛山以发达的工业体系和全国著名的制造业基地为依托,2013年启动现代学徒制试点,2015年被教育部批准为全国首批现代学徒制试点市。试点过程中探索在企业或产业园区校企共建产业学徒中心,构建基于企业岗位的课程,推行第三方“1+X”认证评价机制,实现校企双主体精准培养现代学徒,有效提升技术技能人才培养质量。
In May 2014,the State Council issued Decision on Accelerating the Development of Modern Vocational Education,which explicitly proposed a modern apprenticeship pilot program.Since 2015,the Ministry of Education has established a number of modern apprenticeship pilots,and accumulated a lot of successful experience for our vocational education talents training to ex plore new training model.Based on a well-developed industrial system and a nationally renowned manufacturing base,Foshan launched a modern apprenticeship pilot program in 2013,and was approved by the Ministry of Education as one of the first pilot cit ies of modern apprenticeship system in 2015.During the pilot program,Foshan has been seeking the way to establish the industrial apprentice centers in enterprises or industrial parks,to establish courses based on enterprise positions,and to implement a third-par ty"1+X"certification evaluation mechanism.The goal is to accomplish training of modern apprentices in both schools and enterpris es and to effectively improve the training quality of technical and skilled talents.
