体验式入住评估在医养结合型养老机构的应用

Application of experiential occupancy evaluation in integrated medical and nursing institution

[目的]探讨体验式入住评估方案在医养结合型养老机构中的应用效果。[方法]将78名拟入住养老机构的老人,随机分为观察组和对照组,观察组实施体验式入住评估方案,对照组实施常规入住评估方案。2周试住期结束后,比较两组老人满意度、继续入住意向、不良事件发生情况。[结果]观察组满意率、继续入住意向率、不良事件发生率分别为89.2%、86.5%、2.7%,对照组分别为58.3%、61.1%、19.4%,两组比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。[结论]体验式入住评估方案突破传统问卷式评估方式,有助于改善老人及家属评估感受,提高了老人的满意度和入住意向,促进照护计划的优化与实施,并可降低老人安全风险。

Objective:To explore the application effect of experiential occupancy evaluation scheme among the elderly in the integrated medical and nursing institutions.Methods:A total of seventy-eight older adults who planned to stay at the nursing home,were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group.The experiential occupancy evaluation scheme was used in the observation group.And the conventional occupancy evaluation scheme was used in control group.After two-week living experience,satisfaction degree,intention to continue staying at nursing home,and occurrence of adverse events were compared between two groups.Results:The satisfaction degrees of older adults in the observation group and the control group were 89.2%and 58.3%,respectively.Older adults having intention to continue staying at nursing home in the observation group and the control group accounted for 86.5%and 61.1%,respectively.The incidence of adverse events in the observation group and the control group were 2.7%and 19.4%,respectively.There were statistical differences between two groups(P<0.05).Conclusion:Compared with the traditional questionnaire evaluation method,the experiential occupancy evaluation scheme could be more helpful in ameliorating older adults and their families'assessment feelings,improving the elder satisfaction degree and occupancy intention,promoting the optimization and implementation of the care plan for older adults,and reducing the safety risk of older adults.
